Conditions

Deposit: 30% is required on booking.

Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security damage payment of £250.00 is required with the balance. (this is to cover any damage to the property, contents or the swimming pool area)

Arrival is from 16.00 hrs and departure is 10.00hrs.

The price includes: electricity, gas, bed linen, bathroom and swimming pool towels.

Cleaning is included, although we do ask guests to leave the accommodation in good condition.

Any unreasonable cleaning will be charged and deducted from the damage payment.

Charging of an electric vehicle will incur an additional hourly rate.

Winter heating supplement: £15.00 per day.

All of the above rates are given in pounds sterling and include all taxes.
